Nonstick cooking spray
3 medium carrots
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (preferably GMO-free)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
1. Preheat air-fryer to 350 degrees; lightly coat basket with spray.
2. Slice carrots in half lengthwise; slice in half crosswise. Thinly slice each piece lengthwise to create fry shapes.
3. Place carrots in a large mixing bowl; lightly coat with spray.
4. Add Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, pepper, and salt to a small mixing bowl; stir to combine. Pour over carrots; toss to evenly coat.
5. Place carrots in air-fryer; lightly coat with spray. Cook, shaking basket occasionally, for 15-18 minutes, or until crispy. Enjoy!
